How do I change my payment method for Yorck Unlimited?

If you are one of our earliest Unlimited members, these instructions may not work for you. In that case contact us via hilfe@yorck.de - we are happy to help you.

If your registered credit card expires or payment attempts via our service provider fail (e.g., due to an insufficient account balance), you will need to update your payment details. We will send you reminders when the time comes, which will include a link to these instructions. However, you can also change your payment method yourself at any time via our website.


Here's how

  1. Log into your Yorck account on our website. Then, in the account area, click on the "My Membership" tab and then on "Manage My Subscription".


  1. Scroll down a bit. Below the button you will find the portal for managing your unlimited subscription. Click on Payment Methods.
  • If you see an error message such as “Invalid URL,” refresh your browser window or disable potential ad blockers and repeat the process.


  1. You will then see which payment method you are currently using. Click on “Edit payment method.”

  1. In the following step, enter your credit card details.

    Then click on “Update”.


  1. That's it! In the next step you will see your payment method in the overview!
