How can I show my digital membership card at the box office?

It does not matter if you have the free Yorck membership or Yorck Unlimited: you can easily show your membership card digitally at the box office to get all advantages, like collecting points or redeem your free tickets. To do so, you can either install the app or use our website on your smartphone.

With the Yorck website

1. Choose "Sign In" in the website menu and log in with the details of your Yorck account.

2. Press the button "Show my Card".

   

3. Show the code to the person at the box office and ensure that your display brightness is turned up all the way. This way scanning will work reliably!

Please inform our colleagues at the box office that you would like to use your Yorck member benefits before completing the payment process! Once a payment has been made, we cannot apply discounts anymore.

With the Yorck app

First, please install our app for iOS or for Android.

1. Log into the Yorck app with the data of your Yorck account by pressing the menu at the top left of the screen (three lines stacked on top of each other) and choosing "Sign In".

2. click the menu symbol (three stacked lines) again.

   

3. click the QR code at the top of the menu and show it to the person at the box office.
