Unlimited membership number is not accepted in the app

Error message: Member not qualified to take this action.

After a physical card is issued at the cinema, the original membership number changes. However, the old membership number may still be suggested during the booking process.

The membership number can be added in the price category overview by selecting “Unlimited.” To do this, select the “Add Card” option.

The current membership information is seen here. You can find this on your physical card, in your web account, or in the app by selecting the QR code from the menu.

To view the current number in the app, select the QR code from the menu.

Once the QR code is enlarged, the membership number will appear below the code.
