What is the minimum term of Yorck Unlimited? When can I cancel Yorck Unlimited?

The minimum term of an Unlimited membership is one year from the start date. What happens after that depends on your preferred payment method:

• Monthly payment: After the end of the minimum term of 12 months, Yorck Unlimited is automatically renewed on a monthly basis for an additional month if you do not cancel at least 14 days before the corresponding renewal date.
• Annual payment: Yorck Unlimited is automatically renewed on a monthly basis after the end of the minimum term of 12 months. However, the payment for another year will be debited if you do not cancel at least 14 days before the renewal date. If you cancel after the end of the minimum term and the amount for the second year has already been paid, a credit note will be issued for the amount paid in advance. You will receive an email in advance informing you of the upcoming renewal date.

Prepaid option

If you have redeemed an Unlimited voucher to activate Yorck Unlimited (“prepaid option”), your unlimited membership will automatically end after 12 months. You do not need to do anything else. It is impossible to extend or change the end date.
