I signed up for Unlimited but cannot book a ticket in the app?
Your Unlimited plan will only be active from the day you set as the card activation date during the order process. So, for example, if you sign up for an Unlimited contract on January 1 and select January 5 as the activation date, you will only be able to make bookings in the app from January 5 onward.
Once you have been assigned Unlimited status, you will see this in the app menu bar on the left under the barcode. Under “My Profile,” it should say “Yorck Unlimited.” If something else is displayed here and you made sure you selected today's date, please contact our support team.
