What are the Yorck membership and Yorck Unlimited?

Each membership is linked to a Yorck account: your email address and a password set during registration allow you to manage all ticket purchases, free tickets, your membership itself and your payment details. To ensure proper identification, each email address can only be assigned to one account.

Membership

After a quick registration process, the free Yorck membership offers many advantages when booking online tickets and when visiting the cinema:

• Collect points & redeem them for rewards: With your membership, you collect one point for every full Euro spent on the purchase of tickets, drinks, and snacks. In all cinemas of the Yorck Kinogruppe Berlin and the City Kinos München. Points can be redeemed for rewards (e.g. 100 points = 1 free ticket).
• Online discount for members only: With your membership, you receive a 1€ discount per ticket compared to the normal price when you book via our website or app. Only available online.
• Cancellation of online tickets: Guest bookings cannot be canceled. However, bookings made with your Yorck or Unlimited membership can be canceled free of charge up to 90 minutes before the start of the film. You will receive a voucher that you can use for future bookings.

Points collected never expire as long as at least one eligible transaction is made within 24 months.

Yorck Unlimited

This membership level for frequent moviegoers allows unlimited visits to our regular program for a monthly price of €19.90 — and there's more:

• Unlimited members also receive a 10% discount on snacks and drinks. From the second year onward, this discount increases to 20%.
• Unlimited members receive a 10% discount on up to 5 additional tickets. From the second year onward, the discount increases to 20%.
• A limited number of tickets are available at half price for many special events.
• Unlimited members can purchase tickets online, cancel them up to 90 minutes before the start of the film, or manage their membership.
